We stand behind the quality of our products and are committed to making things right if something isn’t as expected.
🛠️ Issues with Your Order?
If your item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or there’s a clear printing issue, we’ll happily offer a free replacement of the same item — no return needed.
Process:

Provide Details: In your email, include:

Your order number.

A clear description of the defect or damage.

Crucially, attach clear photos or a short video showing the issue. This helps us quickly assess the problem and expedite a solution.

Resolution: Upon reviewing your evidence, if the damage or error is confirmed, we will gladly arrange for a free replacement of the same item. You will not be required to return the damaged item. We aim to process these resolutions as quickly as possible.
Important Note on Replacements: Our priority is to get a perfect item into your hands. If a replacement is issued due to damage or a manufacturing error, the replacement will be for the exact same item, size, and design as originally ordered. We cannot accommodate changes to the product, size, or design during this replacement process.
⚠️ What We Can’t Cover
As each product is custom-made on demand specifically for your order, we generally do not accept returns or offer exchanges for reasons other than damage or manufacturing errors. This includes:
Buyer's Remorse: Changing your mind after placing an order.
Sizing Issues: Please review our size charts carefully before placing your order. We provide detailed measurements to help you make an informed decision. As products are custom-made, we cannot exchange items due to incorrect size selection by the customer.
Incorrect Address: Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for refunds or free replacements.
Color Differences: While we strive for accurate color representation on our website, colors may appear slightly different in person due to variations in monitor settings and printing processes. Minor color variances are not considered manufacturing errors.
We strongly encourage you to double-check your order, including sizes, colors, and designs, before completing your purchase.
🚚 Lost in Transit
If your order tracking shows that your package was lost in transit, please contact us at support@shopumf.com within 14 business days from the estimated delivery date. We will investigate the issue with the shipping carrier and work to provide a suitable resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
📦 Replacements Only
Since we don’t hold inventory or accept returns, approved claims will be replaced, not refunded.
